Licenses & Content

Foliofold software, interface design, copy, and original visual assets are provided under the terms applicable to the deployment. Customer-created documents remain the customer's content. You are responsible for ensuring that text, logos, photographs, project screenshots, and other uploaded material can legally be used.

Template rights vary by subscription. Pane is intended for personal use. Lancet includes commercial use. Rose includes a full commercial license. Cathedral includes an enterprise license. These labels describe the intended product rights and should be paired with a final production license agreement before commercial launch.

Third-party fonts, icons, payment integrations, hosting services, and other dependencies remain subject to their own licenses and terms. The Google Fonts used by this project should be reviewed against the applicable font licenses before deployment.

Portfolio publishing can expose your work to the public. You are responsible for permissions covering client work, confidential information, trademarks, and personal data. Password protection, where available, reduces casual access but should not be treated as a substitute for a legal confidentiality agreement.

Foliofold does not grant ownership of third-party material merely because it appears in a template. If a template includes a placeholder asset, replace it with content you have rights to use. For a production launch, publish a complete dependency and license notice that matches the final asset set.
